    When purchasing a technology, we are so obsessed about how good technology is but forget that all technology fails at some point. Despite having a great tech, if the customer support is bad, you are going to have a tough time. Thankfully, Razer has both great technology and support.

    Every customer service agent was fantastic, so helpful and explained everything along the way. The only slight issue I have is I didn't agree with cutting of the cable method. I understand people abuse the system but not everyone is dishonest.
