Razer Softminer Support
What is Razer SoftMiner?
Razer SoftMiner is the mining reward software that lets you earn Razer Silver when your PC is idle or when you are AFK.
How does Razer SoftMiner work?
When your computer is idle, the Razer SoftMiner desktop application utilizes your idle GPU processing power to supplement distributed network needs for the mining process. You will be rewarded with Razer Silver, which varies depending on the amount of idle time and strength of your hardware or graphics card.
What are the operating systems Razer SoftMiner supports?
Currently, we support Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
Which countries is Razer SoftMiner available in?
Great news! This program is available to download and utilize globally.
How do I get started in Razer SoftMiner?
Why should I use Auto Mode in Razer SoftMiner?
|Once Auto Mode is activated, if you are using other applications, Razer SoftMiner will be stopped so that your PC will be able to run at its usual speed for you to perform your tasks.
Additionally, Razer SoftMiner will ensure the mining process is not affected when your computer is left idle – it will stop your computer from switching to lock screen mode.

Definitely! Besides the window, we’ll also be tracking the mining process on your system tray, so you can still monitor the progress easily and conveniently.
When Razer SoftMiner is launched and running, does it have access to the info on my computer?
No. Razer SoftMiner only uses your GPU processing power and has no access to the info on your computer.

During the setup stage, Razer SoftMiner states that it is undergoing a “benchmarking” process. What does that mean?
