  How  does the surface of the Razer Sphex compare to the Razer eXactMat X Speed?
  Just like the eXactMat Speed & Control, the Sphex surface has been tested and optimized for high DPI and high acceleration gaming use. It is comparable to the eXactMat Speed performance wise.
  Is the Razer Sphex flexible enough to roll up for storage?
  The Razer Sphex should not be rolled up for storage and should be kept as flat as possible. This is to preserve the quality of the gaming-grade surface texture and ensure that the bottom surface retains its adhesive qualities.
  Is the surface of the Razer Sphex smoother than the Razer ExactMat  X Speed?
  In terms of surface-roughness it is neither as smooth as the eXactMat Speed nor as rough as the eXactMat Control. The surface texture is clearly visible but does not have the graininess of the eXactMat Control.  On a scale of 1 to 10, with the eXactMat Speed rated at 1 and the eXactMat Control rated at 10 in terms of surface roughness, the Razer Sphex is rated at 3.

  What are some examples of a “Proof of Purchase” to provide when initiating an RMA?
  A valid proof of purchase is defined as a dated sales receipt from an authorized Razer Reseller. The receipt must show the product description and price. Invoice slips and e-mail order confirmations can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  Why does Razer require a proof of purchase?
  Razer must verify that the product is within the specified warranty period and that it was purchased from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements.  Razer will not be able to honor a warranty on products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or that are out of the warranty period.  If you purchased product from an unauthorized reseller, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that reseller.
