  Are replacement feet available for the eXactmat?

  Can you tell me more about the eXactMat?
  This heavyweight aluminum marvel is anodized to provide two very distinct performance surfaces. Side one, called "Speed", was created to support fast-action, action/adventure and FPS games. Side two, called "Control", is a great tactical mouse surface to support RPG, RTS and professional ID, 2D and 3D users. Anodizing will protect the aluminum base by making the surface much harder than natural aluminum.

Aluminum oxide is grown out of the surface during anodizing, which then becomes an extremely hard substance known as aluminum hydrate. The porous nature of the anodized layer allows the product to be dyed (in eXactMat black). This method is called Type II anodizing (room temperature) and gives an anodized layer of 0.1" (half of which is grown into the surface and half out of the surface). The actual mousing surface area anodized becomes slightly larger or raised by about 2.5 mm. Not only will the owner benefit from the two-sided surface, but the wear of the mat itself should exceed the average 200 hours of other hard surface mats by four to five times.

Both the size and shape of the eXactMat are unique. It's oversized, 10.4" x 13" x 0.1" (265 x 330 mm x 2.5 mm), and sports one of the most unique and recognizable shapes in the mousemat category.

  What are some examples of a “Proof of Purchase” to provide when initiating an RMA?
  A valid proof of purchase is defined as a dated sales receipt from an authorized Razer Reseller. The receipt must show the product description and price. Invoice slips and e-mail order confirmations can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  Why does Razer require a proof of purchase?
  Razer must verify that the product is within the specified warranty period and that it was purchased from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements.  Razer will not be able to honor a warranty on products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or that are out of the warranty period.  If you purchased product from an unauthorized reseller, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that reseller.
