How do I change the Joystick button functionality within Synapse on my Mac?
I am sorry the Joystick Function is only supported on PC.
How do I use the WoW Add On for the Razer Tartarus?
First you will need to download and install Razer Synapse 2.0. If you have not done so, it can be downloaded here: http://www.razerzone.com/synapse2
Once Synapse has been downloaded and installed, navigate to the “Add On” section within the Synapse 2.0. From that section, please select the check box labeled “Use Razer Tartarus Add On”
After this box is selected, a window will pop up for you to configure the Add On. First, under the box labeled “Location of Game File” the World of Warcraft executable file must be found and selected (it should be named “Wow” or “Wow-64”). The default location is typically: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft. After finding the file, select the file and click “open.”
The next step is to sync the World of Warcraft account with which you use to log into the game. After setting the game file in the box above there should be a drop down box labeled “Sync Account.” Depending on how many World of Warcraft accounts have logged on to your system, there may be one or multiple accounts listed. When selecting different accounts, the character names within that account should appear in the box below labeled “Account Information.” Once you have selected your account from the drop down box, click the “Save” button located at the bottom of the window and then launch the game.
Once you are logged into the game you should see the Add On appear in the center of the screen and a Razer Logo should be on the edge of your Mini-map located at the top right hand corner of your screen. The Razer Logo can be clicked to enable changes to be made to the Add On by clicking on the different windows of the Add On.

My Razer keyboard is out of warranty. Is there any way it can be repaired?
|Razer products are designed to work well beyond when the warranty has expired. However, If you feel your keyboard is having issues we first suggest trying the keyboard on another computer to insure the issue is with the keyboard and not something within the computer system. If you have narrowed the issue to the keyboard itself there is not really a cost effective repair center that would be able to assist you. Razer does make available some basic external spare parts at http://www.razerzone.com/store/gaming-accessories , but we are unable to supply any internal parts or repair guides.
It is rare, but a light shot of air from a can of compressed air can sometime free debris that may be causing an issue.

As with any office or home computer input devices, your keypad may collect dust or get dirty from regular use. Occasional cleaning will help keep the device clean. We recommend wiping your keypad with a cloth that is lightly dampened with a mild soap solution. Because solvents and other harsh chemicals may affect and degenerate the plastic on keypads we do not recommend using any solvents to clean the keyboard. IMPORTANT NOTE: Under no circumstances should you ever submerge the keypad in any type of liquid. Submerging the keyboard in any liquid will void the warranty on your keypad.
What is the difference between "driver" and "firmware" updates the Razer Support Site?
Drivers are installed onto your computer and allow your computer to communicate with your Razer product. Firmware updates are hardware level code to install directly onto the Razer device that can update, fix, or change functionality of the product.
Where can I find drivers for my Razer product?
Please click here to find all the latest drivers.
Why does Razer require a proof of purchase?
Razer must verify that the product is within the specified warranty period and that it was purchased from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements. Razer will not be able to honor a warranty on products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or that are out of the warranty period. If you purchased product from an unauthorized reseller, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that reseller.
