Which accessories are included with the Razer Hammerhead Pro?

The Razer Hammerhead Pro comes out of the box with a carrying pouch, small, medium and large eartips, a pair of bi-flanges and an audio and mic splitter cable.

Does the omnidirectional microphone on the Hammerhead Pro have any controls?

Yes, the Razer Hammerhead Pro’s microphone has a button that you can use to answer calls on your smartphone.

How can I modify or disassemble my Razer product?

We cannot help you in modifying or disassembling your Razer product since that will void the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit.

What mobile operating system is compatible with Hammerhead Pro's remote?

The remote has full functionality with both iOS and Android devices.

How do I clean the earbuds on my headphones?

Please remove any attached silicone tips. Then take a soft cloth that is lightly saturated with warm water and carefully wipe down the earbuds. Be careful not to allow liquid to penetrate the actual speaker. The silicon tips and cords can be cleaned the same way and allowed to dry before reinstalling.

What are eartips and bi-flanges?

The Razer Hammerhead Pro’s silicon eartips are designed to fit snugly into your ear to keep music in your ear while keeping external sound out. Included in the packaging are eartips in three different sizes to ensure that you have the perfect fit for your Razer Hammerhead earphones.

Also included are bi-flanged eartips that offer the optimal amount of comfort and sound isolation through an additional silicon flap. A bi-flanged eartip creates a second layer of sealing, providing better sound isolation and fit than single-flap eartips.


One of the speakers in my earbuds will not work or one side plays louder than the other. How do I fix this?

First, confirm the issue is with the headset itself and not your audio source. To do this, you can simply try the headset using a different source and see if the issue is still there.

Because earbuds come in direct contact with your ears, wax can sometimes build up and cause issues with the audio quality and output levels. To clean your earbuds, remove any silicone tips that are installed and follow the directions below.

Take a soft cloth that is lightly saturated with warm water and carefully wipe down the earbuds. Be careful not to allow liquid to penetrate the actual speaker. If desired the silicone tips can also be cleaned in the same manner. Should you still have issues you can contact Customer Support for further assistance.


Can I use the Razer Hammerhead Pro on my computer?

Yes, you can. The Razer Hammerhead Pro comes with a splitter adapter for the combined jack, allowing you to use it with both audio and microphone jacks on your computer.

What devices do the Razer Hammerhead Pro work with?

The Razer Hammerhead Pro works with devices with combined 3.5mm audio and mic combined jack. This includes all portable audio, mobile, and computing devices like the iPod, iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire, Android phones, Razer Blade, MacBook Pro, or today’s newer Ultrabooks.
