How do I power on my Razer Nommo Pro?
There is a push-button switch on the Subwoofer and another on the audio control pod. You can also use the Nommo Pro App to power on/off the speaker system.
How do I position my Razer Nommo Pro for best sound results?
The Razer Nommo Pro satellites should be placed to your left and to your right with equal distance. Each satellite should be angled to face you directly for optimal sound projection. If you are a tall person, you can consider raising the speakers so that it is at ear level.

The Subwoofer is generally placed in front and off center either to the left or right of the listener.  Unlike the satellite speakers, the sound from the subwoofer is mostly omni directional and you have some flexibility as to where it can be placed.   Every listening environment is a bit different so feel free to play around with the placement of your subwoofer.  Try a couple of different locations and see what works best for your set up.

Why does Razer require a "Proof of Purchase"?
Razer must verify that the product is within the specified warranty period and that it was purchased from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements. Razer will not be able to honor a warranty on products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or that are out of the warranty period. If you purchased product from an unauthorized reseller, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that reseller.
What are some examples of a "Proof of Purchase" to provide when initiating an RMA?
A valid proof of purchase is defined as a dated sales receipt from an authorized Razer Reseller. The receipt must show both the product description and price. Invoice slips and e-mail order confirmations can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
