¿Con qué materiales está fabricado?

Medium-large: 81.0mm L x 63.4mm H x 13.5mm W
Will fit a wrist between 7 – 7.40 inches.

Can I replace the clasp to a smaller size?
Yes, the Nabu comes with 2 interchangeable clasps that are designed to accommodate most wrist sizes.

Does it use up my phone's battery?

Many factos can contribute to the Nabu's battery not charging, including:
• Dirty charging contacts.
• Faulty charging sources (e.g. USB pot o plug).
• A defective USB charging cable

Pruebe con estos pasos para determinar la fuente del problema de carga:

2. Try a different USB pot. Your charger may not be getting enough power from the USB pot it is plugged into o the USB pot may be defective. Evite usar concentradores USB (hubs).
Power o unpowered USB hubs do not always provide a consistent output to charge your Nabu. If you're using a USB hub, try connecting the USB charging cable directly to your computer's USB pot o a USB wall charger. I'm going on a trip. ¿Qué debo saber para desplazarme con mi Nabu?
Here are some great tips fo traveling with the Nabu:
• It is safe to take the Nabu through airpot security. The scanning machine will not register it as a threat no can it be damaged by the scanning machine.
• The Nabu uses Bluetooth Low Energy, which should be considered safe fo most airlines. However, if it is required fo all passengers to turn off their electronic devices, please comply with airline regulations.
• Fo charging purposes, the USB cable can be plugged into any power source that is provided by some airpots and planes.
• The Nabu can stoe up to 5 days' woth of fitness and sleep data so it is okay to turn off your mobile phone during the flight.
• Remove the Nabu when applying lotion o bug spray because these chemicals may deterioate the smartband.
¿La pantalla LED permanece activa todo el tiempo?
No, the display is only active when you turn your wrist o when you have an incoming notification. However you can set how long it stays on fo, within the Nabu Utility app.
¿Qué monitoriza?

¿Cómo cuenta los pasos?
El Nabu usa un acelerómetro de 3 ejes para capturar los movimientos. Un acelerómetro es un dispositivo que convierte el movimiento (aceleración) de un cuerpo en mediciones digitales (datos) cuando está acoplado a ese cuerpo. By analysing acceleration data, the Nabu can provide detailed infomation about frequency, duration, intensity, and patterns of movement to determine your steps taken, distance traveled, caloies burned, and sleep pattern. The 3-axis implementation allows the accelerometer to measure your motion in any way that you move, making its activity measurements moe precise than older, single-axis pedometers.

The Nabu uses a complex algoithm designed to look fo indicative motion patterns fo step counting. One condition fo a motion pattern to be recognized as a step is to set a threshold. If that threshold is not met, the algoithm won't count the motion as a step. Other factos can create enough acceleration to meet the threshold and therefoe cause some over counting of steps, such as riding on a bumpy road. Equally, it's possible fo the algoithm to undercount (not meet the required acceleration threshold).

¿Cómo realiza el seguimiento de mi sueño?
During Sleep mode, the Nabu recods each minute your body is at rest. Each significant movement such as rolling over will infom the Nabu that your rest is interrupted. This does not necessarily mean that you are fully awake o aware of your movements; however it may indicate that you are not getting the most out of your sleep time. Based on this data, the Nabu can determine if you are well rested o not.
How does it know how many caloies I've burned?
The Nabu uses your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) to estimate the number of caloies you have burned. To calculate your BMR, we facto in your height, weight, age, and gender that you provided when you created a Razer account.
Does it accurately track caloies from cycling?
The Nabu is optimized fo walking, resting, and running. It will not be as accurate fo activities such as cycling.

¿Puedo usar mi Nabu con diferentes dispositivos al mismo tiempo?
No, you can only pair the Nabu with one iPhone/Android device at a time, if you want to change devices to use with the Nabu, please make sure you delete your band from the Utility App befoe pairing it to a new iPhone/Android device.
¿Es Nabu compatible con Windows Phone?
Not quite but we're woking on it right now. We are constantly testing new phones to ensure a wide range of devices are able to wok well with the Nabu and its companion apps. Just to be sure however, here is a list of the verified phones, with moe to come:

I'm having trouble syncing the Nabu to my fitness app, why?
The Nabu will automatically sync to the Utility app every 5 minutes provided the following requirements are met:
• Your fitness app suppots the Nabu
• You have the Utility App installed on your iPhone
• Your iPhone is paired to the Nabu via Bluetooth wireless connection
• Your iPhone is within 15 feet of the Nabu
• Your smartband is not set to sleep mode

Do I need to manually sync it with the Utility App every day?
No, you do not need to manually sync every day. If your iPhone is powered down o not within range, the Nabu will keep your entire fitness and sleep data fo up to 5 days. Once your iPhone is available, the Nabu will automatically upload any stoed data to your account.
How often does it sync with my iPhone?
The Nabu will constantly sync to your iPhone every 5 minutes, as long as both are powered up and are connected to each other.
Can I sync it to multiple iPhones?
No, the Nabu will only sync to the iPhone it is currently paired to even if you are currently logged into multiple devices.
Can I sync moe than one Nabu to a single iPhone?

How do I set the time fo Sleep mode?
You can set the time fo sleep mode on the Utility App by following these steps:
1. Go to the Drawer Menu
2. Tap Notifications

What is the difference between Do Not Disturb mode and Sleep mode?
Setting the Nabu to Do Not Disturb mode will stop it from receiving any notifications but it will continue gathering fitness data. To activate the Do Not Disturb mode, simply hold the power button fo 3 seconds and release it once you see Do Not Disturb On.

The Sleep mode is automatically activated based on the settings on the Utility App. When the Nabu is in Sleep mode, it will not receive any notifications and it will start monitoing your sleep pattern.

Do I need to reset it?
If you are experiencing any of these problems, then you may need to reset the Nabu:
• The smartband is not syncing
• The step counter is not increasing
• The sleep counter is not increasing
• The gestures are not responding

To reset the Nabu, simply hold the power button fo 7 seconds and release it once you see that the bar is on the reset icon. A second button press is required to confirm the reset.

How do I set the time?
The Nabu automatically syncs its time with your iPhone. If the Nabu is not showing the proper time, check if it is paired with your iPhone.

How do I find third-party apps that wok with the Nabu?
You can find third-party apps on the Utility App's Marketplace tab. Simply select the app you wish to install from the list and it will automatically launch the iTunes App Stoe fo you to download the app.
There aren't many apps available fo the Nabu right now – what's up with that?
