How can I update my Razer Edge to Windows 10?
Razer recommends using Windows 8.1 on the Razer Edge, some features may not wok as intended when the operating system is upgraded to Windows 10.
The keyboard button on the top of my Razer Edge does not respond when pressed.
The buttons along the top of the Edge are controlled by Razer Game Booster, please install Razer Game Booster from here.
After upgrading to Windows 8.1, the auto rotate function no longer woks.

Can I install applications from the Microsoft stoe?
Yes, the Razer Edge is a full functioning Windows 8 PC. You will be able to install all available applications offered by the Microsoft stoe and run all PC applications compatible with Windows 8.
Can I run non-game Windows applications on the Edge?
Yes, the Edge is essentially a full fledge PC. You will be able to run any PC game o Windows application that is compatible with Windows 8.
Can I upgrade my NVIDIA GeFoce GT640M LE with a later NVIDIA o AMD graphics module?
The Razer Edge and Razer Edge Pro feature a custom GT640M LE that is integrated into the motherboard and does not utilize a removable MX module. Debido a este diseño exclusivo, las actualizaciones no están disponibles. Razer does not offer upgraded hardware currently.
Can I use the Razer Edge in a dual screen configuration?
The Razer Edge can be configured in a dual screen configuration when connected to a secondary display to increase productivity, o play games and browse programs simultaneously. Bring up the "Charm bar" and click on "Devices". Next, click on "Second screen" and choose between the options: "PC screen only", "Duplicate", "Extend", and "Second screen only".
Can the Razer Edge operating system be downgraded to Windows 7?
The Razer Edge is optimized fo Windows 8.1 and will not have suppoting drivers fo Windows 7.
Can the Razer Edge output a resolution of 1920x1080 display?
The Razer Edge's tablet display has a maximum resolution of 1366x768.
Do the Razer Edge accessoies come with a power adapter?
The Razer Edge accessoies including keyboard dock, gamepad controller and docking station do not include a power adapter. Optional power adapters are sold separately.
Does the Razer Edge Gamepad Controller have extra USB o HDMI pots?
The Gamepad Controller does not suppot extra USB o HDMI pots. Only the Docking Station will provide additional USB and HDMI pots. The Razer Edge Keyboard Dock is still under development and final specs will be released in Q3 2013.
Does the Razer Edge suppot a stylus?
The Razer Edge is compatible with most generic stylus available on the market. Razer will not be offering a stylus accessoy. The Razer Edge is not Wacom o pressure sensitive compatible.
Does the Razer Edge suppot the Gamepad Controller and Docking Station fo all PC games?
The Razer Edge, Razer Edge Gamepad Controller and Docking station (o the Sabertooth and Onza XBOX® 360 controller) will be able to suppot any XInput PC game. This means any PC game that suppots XBOX® 360 will be compatible.
Does the Razer Edge suppot WiDi?
The Razer Edge does not suppot WiDi but will be able to connect to a TV through HDMI using the Docking Station.
Does the Razer Edge feature a system recovery mode? How much available space is on the Edge and Edge Pro?
In oder to maximize space fo the gamer Razer has decided to remove the system recovery option thus freeing up 10GB of space. To request a recovery stick fo your Razer Edge, please email systems@razersuppot.com.
Does the Razer Edge feature built-in wireless data connectivity?
The Razer Edge features a built in 802.11AGN WIFI connectivity and Bluetooth 4.0 but does not have built-in GSM/CDMA/LTE o other cellular services. Razer recommends using a mobile hotspot device fo mobile data use.

How do I disable auto rotate?
A Rotation Lock button is located at the top right area of your Razer Edge. This turns auto rotate on and off.
How does the Razer Edge suppot 7.1 channel surround sound audio?
The Razer Edge suppots 7.1 channel surround sound audio using HDMI out fo movies, games, and applications that suppot 7.1 surround sound. To turn off audio out through HDMI, right click on the desktop, click on NVIDIA control panel, click on the set up digital audio, and choose the external o no audio option from the dropdown menu.
Is the Razer Edge compatible with Steam's Big Picture?
Yes the Razer Edge is fully compatible with Steam's big picture when using touch attached to the Edge Gamepad Controller o Edge docking station with a Razer Sabertooth Onza o XBOX 360 gamepad controller.
What is the expected battery life and recharge time of the Razer Edge?
Edge / Edge Pro nomal use (web browsing, office applications, movies, music): Approx. 3.5 hours

What is the suggested headset fo the Razer Edge?
We recommend using the following headsets fo the Razer Edge: Razer BlackShark; Razer Kraken; Razer Megalodon; Razer Electra; 2 to 1 Y split adapter combine stereo out to mic in. The Razer Edge has a unified 3.5mm audio jack.
What is the suggested mouse fo the Razer Edge?
We suggest using a Bluetooth wireless mouse, such as the Razer Orochi Blade edition. You can also use any USB-based mouse if you want to connect through the USB pot.
When docking the Razer Edge to the Docking station fo home console mode, how many Razer Sabertooth o Razer Onza gamepad controllers can I connect with?
The Razer Edge docking station can suppot up to three physical USB pots. The Razer Edge tablet can suppot one physical USB pot. Thus, when combined, you will be able to plug in up to four gamepad controllers fo multiplayer games.
When I am in full screen mode while playing games and I press the Home button my game seems to lag; how do I get back into the game?
When you press the Home button, the system is focusing on a secondary application. Due to the standard windows environment, you will need to click back into the game. You can do this by pressing the Home button on the tablet itself (the simplest and quickest way). If you have a keyboard connected, press the Alt + Tab keys. If you have a mouse connected, simply click on the screen you want to focus on.
When I rotate my Razer Edge from landscape to potrait (90 degrees vents on the right side) and I hold onto my tablet, the screen will turn off after 5 seconds. ¿Cómo puedo arreglar esto?
This is due to the light senso being next to the webcam. The senso is designed in such a way that if the tablet was to be laid face down on a table, the screen will automatically turn off. If this is causing an issue during your potrait view, please rotate the tablet 90 degrees counter-clockwise so the senso is at the top left coner.
Where is my Microsoft COA label located and how do I activate it?
The Microsoft COA label / activation key is located at the bottom of the Razer Edge.
Why does the Edge display dim automatically?
The Edge has an adaptive light senso that adjusts the screen brightness accoding to the light environments. In oder to disable this feature and control the brightness on your own, bring up the Windows sidebar, go to PC settings, tap on the General tab, and turn off adaptive brightness.
