    This online customer service is very quick to connect, which is great because calling customer service is a pain usually, but this chat was very efficient and helpful. Camelle was also very kind and helpful to me, answered my questions that I could probably have googled :')) Thank you

    Jeff assisted me really well, was very patience and gave me the feeling he really wanted to provide the best solution to my problem. Eventually we managed to make Synapse work again.
