    Jane was great, really helpful and polite. I run an operation (ops manager) and someone like this would definitely be a valuable team member with their skills.     Overall, my experience with both my Razer Kraken headphones and the Razer support team- specifically Ryan and Khyven from the online chat "Razer Assist" functionality has been incredibly positive. You guys have clearly assembled a great team of competent and happy employees and it has been my pleasure to interact with a customer support team who treats me with patience and kindness. I can't recommend Razer products and their support staff enough!

    Markus is an excellent assistant, fast and responsive. Wasn't the first time he helped me on this platform. I remembered him due to his excellent assistance from last time. I really hope his efforts don't go unnoticed. I usually despise customer support but Markus really made me feel at ease. The best customer experience Ive received on any platform. Thank you Markus.

    Amazing agent! You should give her a raise. She understood my situation and went the extra mile to provide me with as much help and information as possible. This is the type of employee that deserves to be promoted because she cleary knows how to attend to a customer's needs while being very efficient. 10 out 10!
