I came into the chat with the understanding that my issue is considered wear and tear and wouldn't be covered. I was hoping to purchase a replacement panel but, having checked the replacement parts page on the webside, had the expectation coming in that it may not be possible, which was confirmed. I was, though, expecting that to be the end of it. I appreciate the fact that it's been submitted to the warranty team to see if a replacement might be a possibility as the worst that can happen is that they say no. Thank you again for the help with this, regardless of the final outcome the assistance I received was greatly appreciated.
